UPPERCASE highlights the world of graphic design through its gallery, books & papergoods. The gallery presents work by illustrators, photographers and graphic designers.

Janine is the mastermind behind Uppercase, a Calgary art gallery and purveyor of fine books and paper goods. Her design practice, Vangool Design & Typography, focuses on arts and culture clients and book design.

Janine was easy going and a pleasure to work with. She came to me with a wonderful design she had created and was looking to have it implemented into a Shopify theme.

Uppercase Gallery’s Shopify store presents a curated collection of artwork, objects and books which focus on items with high quality design and illustration.

While creating the store I came accross a few items (Clayton Hanmer’s work, Neubau Welt) I’d love to purchase in the near future. Perhaps someone will be nice to me come christmas. *wink *wink.

My wife actually was in contact with Janine and got me Clayton’s work for my Birthday, which is now framed as well as the Shatner book which is awesome! Thank you kindly ladies.
