Nicole and Jessica are always a pleasure to work with, very nice people. I’ve done many an update to their beautiful site. Helped them setup some pre-orders functionality so when inventory hits zero, they can purchase which automatically applies a discount code and tags them on Klaviyo as pre-order so they can email those customers with updates on re-stock and shipping.
I can not recommend Steph from Reconfigure enough. His knowledge and expertise far surpassed any experience I’ve had with other Shopify professionals and he was able to meet our time constraints. He is a shopify EXPERT.
Any time we ever had concerns, Steph responded quickly and knew exactly how to handle the problem immediately - if he didn't, he figured out how. Not only was he able to complete out specifications, but he also made suggestions for further improvement. We'd gladly work with him again.
