It is always my pleasure to work with and for great people. A sad but hopeful recent site I worked on was for the Fisher family. All the sons and family members pooled together funds, articles, pictures and life stories for a biography website featuring Mr. Douglas Fisher’s life.
As his health declined, his family worked with me to get the site up for his approval along the way. On September 18 2009, on the eve of his 90th birthday Mr Fisher died peacefully in his sleep in Ottawa. I can only hope the site pays tribute to him well and he and his family are proud. There are many great comments flowing in from all kinds of remarkable people.
My respects and condolences go out to the Fisher family and loved ones.
You should read about Mr. Fisher and his remarkable achievements as a dedicated Canadian. The war stories are something else.
