About Steph

With over 13 years of working for various software and web design companies, I’ve learned many things along the way. I design for screen and print, however, my passion is creating custom templates and themes for web applications.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with both small and large organizations worldwide such as: United Nations, U.S. Army, U.S. Navy, Internal Revenue Service (IRS), Health Canada, John Deere, Lockheed Martin, International Development Research Centre (IDRC), Public Works Canada and many, many more.

The main thing that I’ve learned is that open and honest communication makes customers happy; pretty simple stuff. I wanted to step away from traditional support and communication that’s happening with companies these days and try something a little more personal and friendly as opposed to the corporate standard. Reconfigure is growing strong thanks to hard work, dealing with people on an equal level and keeping things simple.

In my spare time, I like to be with my family and friends. I consider myself an amateur musician and will occasionally play a little guitar and bass. When I’m not doing that, you may catch me online playing a little NHL or COD. Also, I carry my Camera with me most of the time snapping shots of anything and everything.
